Vivi’s Custom Exteriors is a family owned business.

In 2010, Pablo Cardona entered the roofing industry as a construction assistant. He not only learned construction skills, but also the importance of quality work. In 2016, Pablo and his wife, Sharon, decided to start their own construction company – Vivi’s Custom Exteriors, specializing in home improvement projects. Since its inception, Vivi’s Custom Exteriors has worked with a variety of clients both large and small.

Named after Pablo and Sharon’s first child, Viviana, Vivi’s Custom Exteriors prides itself in taking the time to understand the client’s needs so that the job gets done the right way, from the initial bidding process to completion.
